Jim graduates with a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Civil Construction (first class honours). He sets out to gain experience, working on major projects in Australia and overseas for various companies and Government organisations.
Now fully fledged, Nick works as an operator and labourer on a subdivision in Greenwattle Street; operating a backhoe and excavator.
As the company expands, operating from home becomes unworkable. Joe Wagner Earthmoving moves to 15 Parker Street in Drayton and Mary heaves a sigh of relief!
Joe and Mary decide that they want to step back from the business and hand the reigns over to Nick. Nick starts to expand into Civil Construction works.
After persistent encouragement (pestering) from Nick, Jim comes on board as a Director bringing his Engineering experience with him. Joe Wagner Group can now offer full service Civil Construction.
