Joe Wagner Group has a robust purchasing procedure that ensures that all our earthmoving machinery and equipment are late model and meet appropriate Australian and International standards. Every piece of equipment we purchase undertakes a third-party risk assessment and meets latest safety technology specifications.
Our longstanding relationships with Case (ably facilitated by Earthmoving Equipment Australia who supplies us with Case Excavators and other earthmoving machinery) and Western Truck Group (who feed our passion for Mack Trucks), ensure that we are kept up-to-date with the latest machinery and safety technology.

Joe Wagner Group’s excavators, skidsteers and graders are fitted with state-of-the-art Topcon GPS Machine Control, and our excavators have slew-limiters which provide an extra level of safety when working near live traffic, overhead lines or in confined spaces. Our dedicated surveyor and machine control manager is able to provide site setouts and ensure that correct levels are achieved first time, every time for your projects.
We hold third-party accredited Safety, Quality and Environmental Certifications to international standards, and our operators are all certified and have been tested for verification of competency. You can rest easy knowing that your earthmoving job will be completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
Earthmoving for Civil
Joe Wagner Group has a long history of delivering civil construction solutions on the Darling Downs, across South East Queensland and into Northern NSW.
We are on pre-qualified supplier panels for many of the regional councils (including Toowoomba Regional Council and Lockyer Valley Regional Council) and state government organisations like Queensland Rail, SEQ Water, and Energy Queensland. We also hold prequalification for Roadworks and Bridges in Queensland and NSW. In this capacity, we are often called on to provide supervision, earthmoving machinery, and labour for roadworks, rail and drainage projects.
