"Culture eats strategy for breakfast"
Any business owner knows that company culture is important. A positive culture reduces employee turnover rates and can contribute to the operating profit of an organisation. However, culture (whether good or bad) is deeply ingrained and can be hard to shift. It is sometimes difficult for it to keep up with a fast-moving business environment or changes within a company.
We are aware of these challenges, particularly with a workforce that is rarely in the same place at the same time so we have recently produced a Culture Book that is small enough to fit into our worker’s pockets.
Of course, this is only one tool in our belt. We also run regular team alignment sessions and work hard to promote our values across the organisation.
Building and strengthening our positive culture is an ongoing process and one we will continue to put time and resources into.
