Mitch has worked his way up from a labourer to a well-respected Operations Supervisor. His sunny nature and can-do attitude makes him a favourite with staff and clients. Mitch handles a lot of our minor works and plant hire contracts, bringing a desire to learn and improve to every project.

I find that communication and change management is the hardest thing about leadership.
