We are enjoying all the extra space that our new depot provides and have grand plans for the development of the site.
Our old depot in Parker Street served us well when we were a smaller company, but we simply out-grew the space. Our new depot gives us room to spare with plenty of scope for growth.
Managing Director, Nick Wagner, has a clear ten-year plan of what he wants to accomplish with the site, and development is already underway. He envisions a modern office and depot with an emphasis on sustainability and the latest technology.
The aim is to bring everything in-house including all servicing and fabrication. This process has already begun with the recent appointment of a boilermaker who has been tasked with setting up a complete fabrication workshop.
The Plan:
Here are some of the features we hope to establish:
- A new office building
- The latest technology in security, and solar power and water
- Washing bays with water recycling facilities and grease traps
- Bulk fuel storage
- In-house servicing and fabrication
- The establishment of green spaces
- A break-out-space for the staff
Needless to say, we are excited about what is to come. This is not a temporary space but will be our master depot for decades to come.
