Joe Wagner Group is strongly committed to providing quality training to our staff. We believe that this not only helps build our company, but contributes to the industry as a whole. Our HR & Training Officer has been very busy in the past six months, signing up 21 staff members for Certificate III or IV training and organising 50 short courses. This is business as usual for Joe Wagner Group and the investment is worth it.
Of note is the Rail Industry Worker (RIW) training. It is our priority to have all our field staff suitably certified to work in the rail corridor. This enables us to resource the many rail shutdowns we deliver, and makes us ready for work on the Inland Rail Project.
