This project involved the construction of a 28-lot subdivision in Glenvale, Toowoomba, including expanding an existing Council detention basin and external roadworks on Hursley Road.

Works included:

• Bulk earthworks, including subdivision internal works and Toowoomba Regional Council detention basin
• Construction of water and sewerage to each lot and connection to Council infrastructure
• Stormwater, including internal and detention basin works
• Roadworks, including internal road network and external widening at the entrance to the subdivision
• Landscaping, including the stormwater detention basin

This project was delivered in close cooperation with the developer and consulting engineers to ensure that a quality product was delivered on time. Significant external interface management was required including traffic management, existing services, adjacent property owners and local government.

Works were completed with no LTIs and no complaints from nearby residents.
